More than ten years of frontend and full-stack work, and now indie games in Unreal Engine 5 — the same craft on a different screen.

The through-line
For more than a decade I have built interfaces people use every day — corporate sites and SPAs, reading and dating apps, and a real-time platform with tens of thousands of concurrent users. Whatever the product, the job is the same: take a rough idea, make it buildable, and make it feel right.
Why games
Since 2023 I have also been making games in Unreal Engine 5 — Quackiverse, an online survival game, with a small team, and Mind the Cat, a co-op game I make on my own. Most of what I build there is still interface and system — HUDs, menus, inventory, gameplay logic. It is frontend work with a frame budget, and it has made me more careful about performance and state on the web too.
How I work
Tests at the level that matters, accessibility from the start, and code a colleague can pick up without asking me. I use AI tools every day and review their output as strictly as my own — what I commit is mine, whatever helped write it.
